Data collected and source
Data supplied by candidates: identity, contact details, professional profile, skills, experience, education, preferences, CV, applications and privacy choices. Minimized technical data covers security, consent evidence and authorized usage.
Purposes
Create and secure accounts, manage profiles, recommend jobs, receive voluntary applications, send necessary service communications, prevent abuse and process data-rights requests.
Assisted matching
Recommendations use relevant professional information only: skills, experience, education, languages, mobility, availability and contract preferences. They help discover jobs and are neither a hiring decision nor an automatic rejection.
Recipients and CV disclosure
Profiles and CVs are not public. A recruiter receives necessary data only when the candidate confirms an application to that company’s job. A match alone grants no access.
Technical providers
Supabase/Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, storage and authentication; Groq for some AI analysis; Lovable Email and, when enabled, Twilio for communications. Contracts, regions and transfers remain to be confirmed.
Potential international transfers
Some providers may process data outside Morocco. Exact locations, contractual safeguards and any required transfer authorization must be verified.
Retention
Active accounts are kept while the service is used. Inactive profiles are reviewed after 24 months. Deleted CVs are removed immediately from active storage; signed links expire quickly. These provisional periods require legal review.
Security
Private buckets, database and server authorization, short-lived signed links, file validation, minimized logs and audit records for allowed or denied access.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, objection or deletion from your authenticated account or at contact@moroccantalent.com. A national ID copy is not requested by default.
Account deletion
Deletion removes the profile, active CV and account-linked data. Information already received by a recruiter following an application may then fall under that recruiter’s own responsibility.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies work without consent. Optional analytics remain blocked until Accept, Reject or Customize is selected, and that choice can be changed later.
