Is moroccantalent free for candidates?
Yes. Candidates can currently create or upload a CV, receive recommendations and apply for free.
Can recruiters browse candidate CVs?
No. Candidate CVs remain private. Recruiters receive a CV only when the candidate chooses to apply to their job offer.
How are jobs recommended to candidates?
Our matching technology compares the candidate's CV and preferences with the requirements of available job offers.
Does moroccantalent sell candidate information?
No. We do not sell or provide open access to candidate CVs or personal information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. You can also request a full data export.
Employers
Is job posting free?
Yes. Recruiters can currently publish unlimited job offers as part of our launch offer.
Can I browse a CV database?
No. moroccantalent does not expose a CV database. You only receive applications from candidates who choose to apply to your offers.
How do my job offers reach the right candidates?
Our matching technology presents your offers to candidates whose profiles are most closely aligned with your requirements (experience, skills, languages, location, etc.).
How are recruiters verified?
We verify legal existence, declared activity and compliance with platform rules.
How is candidate data protected?
Private encrypted storage, access strictly limited to applications received, compliance with Moroccan requirements (Law 09-08 / CNDP).
